About Us
People. Performance. Reward. is an independent reward and human capital consultancy founded in London in 2020. We work with clients in industries as diverse as technology, retail, leisure and travel, professional services, the environment, property, charities and financial services. Our clients include both small and large organisations, private, public and not for profit.
Our experience incorporates the UK market as well Ireland and Europe, the US, APAC and Africa and as such we provide a convenient London-based consulting partner to clients with operations and people across more than just one country.
We offer all the experience, benefits and insights of a larger consultancy, but with service levels and pricing more akin to that expected from a smaller boutique advisory partner. Our client experience testimonials bear witness to the fact that working with People. Performance. Reward. has brought significant benefits and value to them.
We also assist clients with related organisational structure review and design, and workforce planning solutions.
